Advertise your property
To advertise your property on StudentPad you will need to complete the application to become a DASH accredited landlord. This can be done in three easy steps:
1. To join the scheme simply pay the fee here
On this page landlords will need to make a payment to the university based on the number of properties needing to be advertised, this payment is for advertising and accreditation costs and is paid each year. The payment year will run from the 1st August-31st July each year and full payment for the academic year is required regardless of when a landlord joins the scheme.

2. Then apply to be a member here. You'll be asked to agree to the DASH terms and conditions, so please read them carefully before you agree.
Once this has been done DASH will be in touch to complete the registration process.
3. Once you have completed steps 1 and 2, you can advertise your property here
